By downloading, installing, or using Wander ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Wander is an ambient city guide that surfaces audio stories about nearby places of interest as you walk, using your device's location.
Wander can be used anonymously or with Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for any activity associated with your account/device identifier.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the app or its content, or interfere with its normal operation.
Stories, audio, graphics, and other content in Wander are owned by Wander or its licensors (including third-party data providers such as OpenStreetMap, Wikidata, and Wikipedia contributors) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the app.
Wander uses third-party services, including analytics (PostHog) and advertising (Google AdMob, Unity Ads). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to data they process. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Wander is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Story content is generated from public data sources and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Use the app at your own risk, especially regarding location-based features while walking — always prioritize awareness of your physical surroundings over your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wander and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
